  • Ability to demonstrate innovative UI design and development skills, understanding what creates an engaging app.
  • Presentation of all evidence supporting the refund claim.
  • Exclusion of any billing dispute originating from your bank or payment vendor.

How The Refund Takes Place?

  • Pre-Refund Process:
  • Analyze and verify the refund query for accuracy.
  • Align the query with acceptable parameters and valid references.
  • Initiate refunds in applicable situations, settling either fully or partially as appropriate.
  • Post-Refund Procedures:
  • Execute a proof agreement.
  • Unless instructed otherwise, securely delete all shared information and communication records.
  • Transaction Details:
  • Refunds typically require 30 business days for processing after the refund agreement is signed.
  • The refunded amount will be in the currency of the original charge. If this isn't your native currency, your bank may levy exchange fees or fluctuations in exchange rates could affect the refunded amount compared to your initial payment in your native currency.
